Essential Duties
 Supervision of work force composed primarily of disabled persons
 Assist in planning daily work schedules and ensure that all tasks are completed on time and within budget limits
 Assist in developing standards or performance for employees and maintain the quality of work and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently
 Assist in the responsibility for insuring that all daily and periodic shelf-stocking tasks are completed as scheduled, and according to specified quality standards and within budget limits
 Monitors the use of supplies and equipment, request additional supplies as needed, and ensure they are being used properly
 Trains program participants/employees in orientation to the building, proper work techniques, and schedules, usage and conservation of supplies, operation of equipment and safety practices
 Orient program participants/employees on rules and regulation of the facility, and company
 In the absence of the Assistant Project Manager, communicates with the case manager in a timely manner regarding program participant’s performance or behavior issues
 In the absence of the Supervisor, work with site personnel to reach decisions regarding appropriate solutions, and maintaining a high level of satisfaction in terms of quality service and effective communication at the facility and understanding and addressing any problems or concerns that may arise at the site
 Completion of all necessary paperwork, whether required by the site or company, to include, but not limited to quality control reports, case counts, task completing reports, employee warning, and performance evaluation, and performance evaluation, supply inventory, time studies/performance measurements, etc.
 Assist in all jobs, during work hours, and on weekends as requested by the Supervisor
 Review contract and become familiar with terms and conditions
 Monitor submittals and track deliveries of material
 Collect and submit daily reports and project documentation
 Perform any other duties as assigned

Performance will be measured by the following standards:
 Maintenance of passing scores on all evaluations and inspections conducted by Facility and company personnel
 Ability to manage the assigned contract in smooth, efficient manner by keeping cost under control, handling personnel effectively, and maintaining good relationships with site personnel
 Completion of paperwork assignments accurately and promptly; whether required by the site or company, to include, but not limited to quality control reports, case counts, task completing reports, employee warning, and performance evaluation, and performance evaluation, supply inventory, time studies/performance measurements, etc.
 Consistently performing to the standards of the statement of work without deductions for deficiencies
 Ability to train and instruct workers assigned, analyze and suggest more effective and efficient procedures and methods of operation
 Serving as a role model to employees and clients
 Ability to implement procedures to minimize employee accidents, waste of supplies, and damage to equipment
 Ability to exercise good judgment, work under pressure, demonstrate flexibility and work independently
 Ability to effectively assist in planning and organizing work force to maintain budget constraints
 Ability to perform routine maintenance on all equipment used
 Adherence to company’s policies and procedures

Qualifications and Educational Requirements
 High School Degree or equivalent experience
 College degree preferred
 First Aid Certification, required
 Two (2) years in a supervisory position
 Knowledge regarding OSHA Regulations
 Skilled in SharePoint and Office 365

Preferred Knowledge
 Thorough knowledge of contract statement of work and adherence to performance standards.
 Effective communication with the site staff to ensure that the facility runs smoothly, and any issues that arise are addressed in a timely and efficient manner
 Strong commitment to high level of service and quality standards and that the team is providing excellent service
 Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
 Ability to plan and organize work schedules, organizing supplies and equipment, and ensuring that work is completed according to established standards
 Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize tasks to ensure deadlines are met
 Must be self-direct and able to work independently and take ownership of work
 Ability to understand and follow instructions and communicate effectively
 Good understanding of safety procedures and to enforce them to ensure a safe work environment for all
 Experience unloading shipments to properly handled products during the receiving process and ensuring that items are received in good condition
 Ability to lift and move heavy objects, such as boxes of supplies or merchandise
 Knowledge about how to properly mark and date all received shipments to maintain inventory accuracy and ensure that products are sold before they expire
 Knowledge about how to effectively organize small spaces to effectively fit many boxes and maximize space utilization and make the store look more organized and visually appealing

Physical Demands

The APM is a physically demanding position that requires physical stamina and endurance. The incumbent must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time, lift heavy objects, and operate cleaning equipment. The physical demands of the job may require you to regularly reach with your hands and arms, as well as use your fingers, handle objects, and operate tools and controls. It is important to note that the incumbent must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and/or move more than 75 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and the ability to adjust focus. The safety of all employees is of utmost importance, and proper lifting techniques will be taught to all new employees. Overall, the APM position requires physical fitness, strength, and dexterity to perform the required duties effectively.

Environmental Demands

As an APM, you may occasionally be exposed to outside weather conditions, especially during the process of unloading products from delivery trucks or when restocking items outside the store. It is important to dress appropriately for the weather conditions and take necessary precautions to ensure your safety and comfort. The noise level in the work environment can vary, depending on the time of day, store location, and other factors. You may be exposed to moderate levels of noise, including the sound of equipment, customers, and other employees. To protect your hearing, earplugs or other protective equipment may be provided. It is important to be aware of your surroundings at all times and follow all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure your well-being and the well-being of others in the work environment.

Background Screening

To perform your job duties effectively, you will need to be able to obtain and maintain access to the military base. This may require a security clearance and adherence to base access procedures. You will be required to submit to a background check during your length of employment as dictated by contract. This background check is necessary to ensure that you meet the current contract eligibility requirements for the position.
